Gift Haven is unlike other gifting companies because all gifts are intentionally curated and found specifically for you to gift based on several different factors including who you are wanting to gift to, things the gift recipient may like, the occasion, budget, etc. Below is how it will work!
1 - inquiry form
You can fill this out on our website under the “contact” tab.
2 - email or phone call collaborating
Hannah-Mae will get back with you ASAP via your preferred method of contact. She will then collaborate with you further and make sure you are on the same page with gift ideas. She will creatively and thoughtfully begin to put together a gift based on what you discuss and that aligns with your budget.
We require a 50% deposit up front and the rest will be paid upon completion of your gift.
3 - personal shopping & gift assembly
We will shop for you and fully put together/package the gift so that it is ready to be gifted! This includes any wrapping paper, tissue paper, ribbon, boxes, bags, or baskets that may be needed.
4 - delivery
If you are local to Franklin, Tennessee we will let you know when the gift is ready for pick up. Delivery service (either to the gift recipient or the gift giver) is available for a small delivery fee. If you will need the gift shipped, we are happy to make that happen if you are willing to cover shipping cost.
